Idaho Information Technology Committee Charter

The Information Technology
(IT) Committee is a committee within the Grand Lodge of Idaho AF & AM. The
IT Committee reports to the Grand Master. The IT Committee strives to
provide a World Wide Web presence and computer support for the Grand Lodge
of Idaho AF & AM. .
The committee will:
- Maintain
grand lodge web site which consists of:
- Verifying
content on the Grand Lodge website is correct and appropriate.
- Verifying
content on the Grand Lodge website is current and updating the
material as necessary.
- Maintain a
web site guidelines document.
- Assist the
District Deputy Grand Masters in verifying content of
constituent lodge web sites is appropriate and follows web site
guidelines.
- Provide
support for constituent lodge web sites as necessary.
- Maintain
security of data on the Grand Lodge web site.
- Maintain the
structure of the grand lodge database.

Responsible for making changes to the data tables (structure)
and format but not routine entries of data.
- Support for
grand lodge network, computer equipment and software.
